Dave Driscoll
Dave is the principal and founder of Exit Planning Partners, LLC. Over the past thirty years, Dave has been involved with the development of several businesses that began as startups and evolved into complex, capital-intense enterprises. These companies employed hundreds of people in manufacturing, marketing and distribution throughout the United States. The evolution of the businesses included the identification and development of management teams, process improvement, and understanding and utilization of the complex tools of wealth management to maximize return and minimize tax liabilities.
Having been in an ownership position his entire career, Dave understands the emotional and practical needs of business owners. He has made payrolls, built buildings, understood the dependency on employees’ performance, managed customer quality and performance expectations, and implemented change.
Experience and understanding of ownership uniquely qualifies Dave to help business owners with the single most critically important event of their professional lives, the transition out of their business. Dave has a genuine enthusiasm to perform a necessary and valuable service to fellow business owners by providing a road map for ownership to realize their dreams.
Educated at Saint Louis University with degrees in finance and business administration, Dave worked his way through college in banking. Several years after graduation, he went into manufacturing where he started from scratch and, throughout the years, developed the business, bought competitors and became a recognized leader on the local and national stage.
