Our clients:
  • $3 million to $50 million in revenue.
  • Owner between 45 and 60 years old.
  • Owner controls all or nearly all of the ownership interest.
  • Owner’s personal net worth is tied closely to the value of the company.
  • Business has management team in place. One other person (other than spouse) is critical to the operation of the business.
  • Business operating more than 10 years.
  • Business has 15 or more employees.
  • Owner believes business is marketable.
